Leah Hayes is a licensed New York State real estate salesperson who is proud to call Malone and the North Country home. Originally from Syracuse, she spent much of her childhood visiting family in the area before moving to Malone at 19, where she built her life and raised her two sons. Before real estate, Leah spent nearly 20 years in healthcare, a career built around helping others. It shaped her belief that every person deserves to feel heard, supported, and cared for, and she brings that same people-first approach to real estate: thoughtful communication, attention to detail, and dependable, knowledgeable service.
