What We Collect

When you fill out a form or use the chat assistant, we collect the details you provide, such as your name, phone, email, and what you're looking for. Our server keeps basic technical logs (IP address and pages visited) for security.

How We Use It

Only to respond to you and help with your real estate needs. We do not sell your information. We may share it with the agent assigned to help you, and with a lender or other service provider only if you ask us to.

Website Statistics

To learn how people use this site, we count visits on our own server. We don't use cookies for this and we don't store your IP address. Each visit is counted with a code that changes every day, so it can't identify you or link your visits from one day to the next. We see the approximate city a visit comes from (supplied by our network provider, Cloudflare), the website or link that brought you here, the pages viewed, and the type of device. If you send us a request through a form or the chat, we may see the pages viewed during that visit.

Cookies

This site does not use tracking or advertising cookies, and we don't run analytics that follow you around the web. The only cookie is a login cookie used by our staff on the private office pages.

Outside Services

Some pages load content from other companies: fonts from Google Fonts, videos from YouTube, and the listing map from OpenStreetMap. When those load, your browser connects to their servers, which can see your IP address. Their own privacy policies apply.

Chat Assistant

Chat conversations are stored with your contact request so an agent can follow up.
