Fair Housing & Consumer Notices
Marshall Realty & Associates is committed to fair housing and equal opportunity. Federal, New York State, and local laws prohibit discrimination in housing, and we follow them in every transaction.
NYS Housing and Anti-Discrimination Notice
The New York State Department of State requires this notice to be displayed by every real estate brokerage. It explains which characteristics are protected, gives examples of illegal discrimination (such as refusing to show or rent a property, steering buyers to certain neighborhoods, or refusing a housing voucher), and tells you how to file a complaint.

Reasonable Accommodations for People with Disabilities
People with disabilities have the right to request reasonable accommodations and modifications in housing. You can read the New York State notice of those rights from the Division of Human Rights.
