Hi! I'm Rich Patrie, a full-time real estate investor and licensed salesperson. I enjoy working with buyers and helping them structure deals with conventional or creative financing, advising on the right price to buy, the best way to sell, and how to maximize returns. With a background in finance and investing, I follow the economic trends that can affect a purchase or sale and factor them into my advice.

I treat every transaction like it's my own. I buy, sell, and flip property regularly and have negotiated dozens of deals for my personal portfolio.

I'm a Malone native with a BA in Economics from SUNY Potsdam, a U.S. Army veteran, and I spent 25 years in the software industry. I moved back to the area in 2007 and live in Malone with my family and two black Labs. Outside of work, I enjoy fishing, hiking, camping, and studying crypto/DeFi.
